Just ordered business cards.
I will be passing them out with samples to tasti testers!
I know there's not much here yet. But I'll post the basics and we'll go from there.
I am starting out with:
Double Decker Brownie Bites
~ Two layers of dense chocolate chip brownie, with a layer of dark and milk chocolate ganache. Covered in dark chocolate, and a milk chocolate drizzle.
*This will eventually come in a variety of chocolate options.
(Dark, Milk, White, Drizzles, Fillings, Seasonal/Special Event Decorations, etc...)
Double Decker Cheesecake Bites
~ Two layers of raspberry swirled cheesecake, with a layer of graham cracker crust in the middle. Covered in white chocolate, drizzled with raspberry infused white chocolate.
*This will eventually come in a variety of cheesecake and crust combinations.
(Plain, Chocolate, Raspberry, Strawberry, Pumpkin, Coffee, etc...)
(Graham Cracker, Oreo, etc...)
This is just the more simple starter ideas I have. I hope this grows into something so creative my head is bursting with ideas. I plan on making truffles, cake bites (Not cake pop style with everything mashed up!), pie bites, fresh fruit, and anything else delicious that can be covered in chocolate.
